| Q. The dates I am interested in are marked yellow on the booking calendar, does this mean these dates are not available? |
| A. These dates have been provisionally booked by someone else and a deposit has been received. They must make a full payment six weeks in advance of the booking. Dates are released if the booking is cancelled and they may become free again so please contact us and we will hold your query in reserve. |

| Q. Can I reserve dates? |
| A. Once booking documentation is sent out, your dates are kept for seven days pending return of your booking form and deposit. After this time, if the documentation has not been returned the dates are released. |

| Q. Can I pay in sterling or euro? |
| A. Yes, cheques, bank drafts and cash are acceptable in either currency. |

| Q. Why does the difference in euro and sterling rates not more closely reflect current exchange rates? |
| A. We set our rates from year to year in advance, so it would be unfair to change them in between. We feel this is fairer and more convenient than just offering a single sterling or euro rate. |

| Q. Is the damages deposit cheque cashed? |
| A. No, the damages' deposit cheque will only be cashed if breakages or damage occurs. |

| Q. Is there a discount if only a few rooms are used? |
| A. No, the rate is a house rate, not a per person rate. There are many properties with fewer bedrooms available to rent in Donegal, which may be better suited to your needs and purse. |

| Q. Is there a kennel available for my dog? |
| A. No, dogs are welcome to stay in the house during the day and overnight. |
