| A. These dates have been provisionally booked by someone else. They may become free again so please contact us and we will hold your query in reserve. |

| Q. Can I reserve dates? |
| A. Once booking documentation is sent out, your dates are kept for seven days pending return of your booking form and deposit. After this time, if the documentation has not been returned the dates are released. |

| Q. Can I pay in sterling or euro? |
| A. Yes, cheques, bank drafts and cash are acceptable in either currency. |

| Q. Is the damages deposit cheque cashed? |
| A. No, the damages deposit cheque will only be cashed if breakages or damage occurs. |

| Q. Is there a discount if only a few rooms are used? |
| A. No, the rate is a house rate, not a per person rate. There are many properties with fewer bedrooms available to rent in Donegal, which may be better suited to your needs and purse. |

| Q. Is there a kennel available for my dog? |
| A. No, there is a large shed available outside for dogs, but they are welcome to stay in the house during the day and overnight. |
